I am feeling incredibly grateful as I look back on an amazing year helping clients buy and sell homes across North County San Diego.
Because of the trust of my clients, referrals from friends and family, and so many repeat buyers and sellers, 2025 turned into one of the most rewarding years of my real estate career.
Here is what that year added up to.
International President’s Circle with Coldwell Banker
I was honored to be named to the International President’s Circle, which places me in the top 4 percent of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide based on production.
Coldwell Banker is one of the most respected real estate brands in the world, so this recognition means I had the privilege of helping a lot of wonderful people through major life moves.
In 2025, I closed 19 homes with a total sales volume of more than 16.5 million dollars.
Top 3 Percent of Realtors in San Diego County
I also qualified for the Circle of Excellence Gold through the San Diego Association of Realtors, which recognizes agents in the top 3 percent of Realtors in San Diego County.
San Diego County is a competitive and fast moving real estate market, so this recognition reflects consistent results, strong negotiation, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes for my clients.
Top Producing Agent at Coldwell Banker Carlsbad
On top of these honors, I was also the top producing agent in the Coldwell Banker Carlsbad office for 2025, with the most closed sales in the office.
That one feels especially meaningful because it represents the local relationships I have built in communities like Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, and Fallbrook.
This is not just where I work. It is the community I love serving every day.
A Year Filled with Referrals, Repeat Clients, and 55 Plus Moves
One of the things I am most proud of from 2025 is how many of my clients were referrals and repeat clients.
That tells me I am not just closing transactions. I am building long term relationships.
This past year included:
- Sellers who also bought their next home
- Clients relocating out of the area
- First time homebuyers getting their keys
- A big year for 55 plus clients downsizing or moving into lifestyle communities
Many of my 55 plus clients were repeat clients, which makes those moves even more special. Helping people navigate a downsizing move or lifestyle change takes patience, strategy, and a lot of care, and I am honored they trusted me again.
What These Awards Really Mean
Awards are exciting, but they are not the reason I do this job.
Behind every one of those 19 homes is a story. A family making a big decision. Someone starting a new chapter. Someone saying goodbye to a home full of memories.
Being the Realtor they trust during those moments is the part that matters most to me.
